I walk any where from 2-6 miles a day
I did take part in the live healthy america this year. I was on a team of mixed people some were from my work others were from the community I live in. We did a lot info passing via email. I am just sorry that I did not really get into it tell the end of the 100 day I lost just over 15# and today I am at 25# down. So I know that if I would have put forth more effort to start I could have had more success then what I already have. To get to where I am today I stopped drinking pop totaly, I walk any where from 2-6 miles a day and that is on hilly roads no flat land. I do try to do the small plate trick I does work. I take evry small bite when I eat it makes me think I am eating more then I am (like pizza cut into small pieces instead of biting off). I drink about 3 liters of water a day if not more. I have also tried to eat 3 meals a day I did not always do that in the past. I have not keep mself from eating things that I want but I do try to take a very small amount if I feel it is not good for me. that way I do not fall off of my game plan. I am hoping that by next yrears event I will not have a lot of weight to loose.
