Asian Chicken Salad


When you need something quick and healthy for lunch, this salad is it. The greens are torn and ready to use. The dressing and oranges add a distinctly Asian flavor.

Start to Finish: 15 minutes

Makes: 4 main-dish servings

 

Ingredients:

1 10-ounce package torn mixed salad greens
8 ounces cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1⁄3 cup bottled Asian vinaigrette salad dressing
1 11-ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained
3 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted

 

Instructions:

In a large bowl combine greens and chicken. Add salad dressing; toss to coat. Divide greens mixture among 4 salad plates. Top with mandarin orange sections and almonds. Serve immediately.
